At Everglow Cleaning Co, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we appreciate early notification. If services are canceled at least one week prior to the scheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund of up to half of the deposit. If a recurring appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. 25% of the bill will be charged for services vauled over $200. We value your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a smooth scheduling process for all our clients. At Everglow Cleaning Co, we offer upfront price estimates based on the information provided about your home and selected services. However, we reserve the right to adjust quoted pricing if the actual size or circumstances of your home differ from the description or if the selected services are inappropriate. Any adjustments will be communicated and discussed with you before proceeding with the cleaning. If the adjustment is beyond your budget, we'll work together to find a solution that aligns with your priorities. In the event you choose to cancel the service due to a quote adjustment, up to half of the original quote will be charged. If you or anyone in your home gets sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, COVID, etc.) please call or text to reschedule your cleaning as soon as possible. Even though we sanitize your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves. And to be fair to all our customers we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect you and your family.
At Everglow Cleaning Co, our pricing for recurring services assumes a consistent level of work. If a scheduled cleaning is skipped, the next session will likely require additional effort due to increased buildup. As a result, the price for the next cleaning may be adjusted. We will inform you of any price changes beforehand the cleaning begins. This adjustment ensures that we can continue to provide the high standard of cleanliness you expect from Everglow Cleaning Co. Our goal is to maintain transparency and fairness while delivering exceptional service.
At Everglow Cleaning Co, we prioritize the well-being of our clients and our team. Therefore, we do not provide services to homes with existing infestations. We require documentation confirming the clearance of any infestations within the past year by a licensed exterminator. If, during the course of our cleaning service, an infestation is identified, the service will be promptly canceled to ensure the safety of our team and the integrity of our services. In such cases, charges of up to the full amount of the booked service may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and pest-free environment.
At Everglow Cleaning Co, your convenience is our priority and you are not required to be at home during our cleaning sessions. If your home is equipped with an alarm system, please provide us with the key code to disarm it upon arrival and set it again when we leave. Additionally, if access to the job requires a house key, kindly provide one. In the event we have a confirmed appointment but are unable to access your home, up to half of the service fee will be charged. We will wait up to 25 minutes before canceling the service. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a seamless and secure cleaning experience.
Everglow Cleaning Co is committed to accommodating your schedule and providing flexible cleaning services. Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Should you require services outside of these hours, we may be able to accommodate your request, but please note that it will incur an after-hours fee. Additionally, if you choose to book the start of your appointment after 3:00 pm, an after-hours fee will apply, considering the potential for extended service beyond regular hours. We appreciate your understanding, and our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services at your convenience.
Maintaining a respectful and professional environment is crucial for both our clients and our cleaners. Any inappropriate behavior or remarks directed towards our cleaning team will result in the immediate cancellation of the cleaning appointment. We are committed to ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for everyone involved. In the event of such occurrences, up to the full amount of the service originally booked will be charged. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a respectful atmosphere during our cleaning sessions.
